Co-ordinate the installation of VCI products, provide user training and ensure that all aspects of a successful product deployment are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. In addition provide assistance with first line helpdesk support to customers via the phone, email, and remote control.
Ideally suited to someone who has previous experience within the Service Sector (eg Office Equipment) or in Service Management (helpdesk/servicedesk) and experience of installing and/or training of database software.
