 | Despite being a long-term VCi customer for the previous generation DOS-based solution, PBS had taken the decision to replace it with a US developed windows-based system. However, it soon became apparent that this new system did not offer the required level of flexibility and that all reports and invoices used American spelling. To resolve this situation, PBS decided to reject this system and look at more appropriate alternatives. |  |
