Support Central - using the VCI helpdesk
If you have a support contract with VCI directly, you may use our helpdesk to log and update your own support tickets. This service is included free with your support contract and allows you to monitor and maintain your tickets in real time.
- In order to use this service, you will need to have an active support contract with VCI or be in your warranty period. If you no longer have a support contract, functionality will be restricted
