Support Central - remote support via GoToMeeting

GoToMeeting is an internet-based remote support tool designed to allow us to view and control your desktop. It operates via port 80 and if you can browse the internet from your PC, we can use GoToMeeting to offer remote assistance.

If we schedule a meeting to offer you remote support, you will receive an email from us inviting you to join it. Simply click the link in the email and we will be able to view and control your PC remotely.

Instructions

To receive GoToMeeting remote support, please wait for the invitation email to arrive, then click the link. Once you are in the session from a PC exhibiting the problem
We will make you the presenter (which means we can see your screen)
Once you are the presenter, click the button marked "Give keyboard and mouse" to allow us to control your PC

Please note

In order to use this service, you will need to have an active support contract with VCI or be in your warranty period. If you get your support from a different support provider, please contact them to be advised of your options.
