Vantage Online & Katun integrate for greater dealer efficiency
Vantage is pleased to announce the implementation of EDI integration between its Vantage Online service management system and Katun Corporation, allowing for streamlined ordering of consumables through Katun’s UK distribution partner. The service is now fully operational and available for all Vantage Online Enterprise clients.
Released as a cloud-based alternative to legacy software Service Accent, Vantage Online allows UK dealers to streamline the ordering process and reduce the number of clicks required to raise and process an order. This service saves valuable time and effort as well as costs in distribution and logistics.
Additionally, Katun’s UK based distribution partner can provide real-time stock levels; enabling dealers to manage customer expectations and offer time specific deliveries for those urgent calls. The EDI integration will also include order receipt, stock validation and dispatch confirmation. Another unique offering is the ability to provide proof of delivery directly from the courier into Vantage Online, reducing the need to use external websites for delivery and tracking purposes.
The final step in the process will allow created purchase orders to be reconciled within the system, making the billing process easy and fully automated.
