About Copier King:
Copier King are high quality photocopier, printer and scanner suppliers and maintenance providers, servicing Kent and Sussex. Our engineers are trained to service a wide range of photocopiers and various office equipment including Olivetti, Toshiba, Canon, Panasonic, Samsung and Ricoh.
Copier King had identified some issues with keeping track of our engineers’ movements, knowing about the availability of stock, and the general day to day running of the business. We also sought more insight about the profitability of the organisation and the ways in which we could maximise on this.
We were recommended Vantage Online by Katun, a Vantage partner, and did some due diligence by speaking to the Vantage team. They answered all of our questions and their system met all of our needs as a business, so we didn’t feel the need to look anywhere else!
The implementation of Vantage Online was easy, and the training delivered by Neil was excellent. Ongoing support has also been excellent. Overall it’s been a painless process as the Vantage team maintained good levels of communication and transparency throughout.
Copier King has seen a major benefit in the simplification of systems and processes, saving us significant amounts of time and really reducing our effort duplication. We’ve particularly enjoyed the meter reading functionality, which makes the entire process of meter billing a far less complicated and time-consuming affair.
We’re still not using Vantage Online’s full functionality yet, having concentrated initially on getting our meter billing up and running, but we’re now really looking forward to using it to plan our engineers’ time more efficiently, which will increase productivity. We’re also looking forward to using the system to keep full track of our stock in real-time. This will have a massive impact on our business, helping us deliver a more effective service and help us to truly understand the profitability of Copier King.
