About NBM:

Founded in 1985 NBM were one of the first Xerox Concessionaires in Europe and have since grown to become the largest Concessionaire in Ireland. At NBM we serve both large corporate and SME clients, delivering proactive and innovative digital print and finishing services. We also supply a range of integrated software packages that enable businesses to maximise the productivity of their print environments through smart workflow solutions.

Challenges:

Having previously used Service Accent in our business, we identified that whilst it has served us well over many years, it was clear that we needed a solution that was easier to navigate, quicker and more intuitive. After an assessment of the potential options, we chose to migrate to Vantage Online due to its ability to resolve those challenges. It was also apparent, immediately, that real-time reporting via the live Analysis Centre, comprehensive dashboards and enhanced functionality would help to support the future growth of the business.

Results:

After our initial trial of Vantage Online, we were instantly impressed, and knew we wanted to use it in our business. As we had worked with Vantage for several years prior, we knew they understood our business and industry. Our logical choice was to stay with who you know, and at NBM, we place high value on our business relationships.

The upgrade process was great as it gave us the opportunity to review and analyse our data, helping us to provide better service to our clients. The implementation and migration of Vantage Online went smoothly, and the in-house training provided proved to be very useful for the team.

Since implementing Vantage Online, the ease of navigation, and the speed at which we can now extract data, aids in our decision making and planning. We expect that it will continue to generate greater efficiency in our business, enabling us to better support our clients and ultimately support the growth of NBM’s business. 

Overall, Vantage have been very efficient, professional and responsive in addressing our requests as we get used to the new system. We had a wish list of items we needed from the process, all of which were met.
