Westcoast’s solution integrates directly into Vantage Online and enables a reseller to create a purchase order directly in Vantage Online, check the stock, place the order and then receive a number of alerts from the courier. Invoicing is also automated. Invoices are sent directly into Vantage Online which matches the invoices against the PO and reports any discrepancies to the user. Any sales are reported directly to the vendor so that they can count against your rebate. Currently we are able to provide Canon, HP, Kyocera, Lexmark BSD, Samsung, Olivetti and we are working with a number of other vendors too.
